As we scale our impact, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to help expand our reach and bring our solutions to the organizations that need them most.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to establish contact with potential buyers
  • Own inbound lead follow-up—responding promptly to demo requests, content downloads, and inquiries
  • Research target accounts and build tailored outreach strategies by understanding personas, industries, and business pain points
  • Qualify leads and book meetings with Account Executives for deeper discovery calls
  • Keep CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot) accurate and up-to-date—logging every interaction and activity
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine messaging and outreach cadence
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified opportunities

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales development role—ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can craft a compelling message and build rapport remotely
  • Comfortable navigating a CRM, tracking activity, and reporting on performance metrics
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through
  • Bonus points for familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or identity security challenges
